The Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS is a weather-sealed telephoto zoom lens for Sony FE mount cameras.

The lens is specially designed to match the high resolution of the latest and upcoming camera sensors. Aspherical XA and ED lens elements ensure amazingly accurate reproduction and bokeh, and reduce chromatic aberrations.

The minimum focusing distance is 96 cm at 0.25x magnification. The floating focus mechanism reduces distortion and aberrations that usually limit close-up photography. The lens features, among other things, an autofocus and manual focus setting switch, focus and zoom lock buttons. The lens body is dust and moisture resistant.

The lens is also compatible with Sony's 1.4X and 2X teleconverters.
