Wimberley AP-611 Lens Foot (Sony FE 70-200mm GM OSS)

Designed for the Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS and Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 G Master OSS II lenses, this lens is Arca-Swiss compatible. This means that with the Wimberley AP-611 foot, you can attach the Sony 70-200mm lens directly to any Arca-Swiss compatible tripod head. This means that there is no need for a separate quick release plate.

The AP611 aluminum foot has a lower profile than the original foot that comes with Sony lenses. The lower profile allows for a lower center of gravity and better balance.

In addition to Arca-Swiss compatibility, the foot has 1/4" and 3/8" female threads, so you can also attach this to tripods that do not have an Arca-Swiss base.
