New products in your order have a 30-day right to exchange or return , and used products have a 14-day right to return. This period is calculated from the time the package is picked up from a Posti or Matkahuolto office. You have the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in your order.

You can get to know the product and try it out in the same way as you would when buying it in a store. You can also open the packaging to examine the product without losing your right of withdrawal, but you cannot use the product, for example by using a digital camera to take pictures, flying or activating a camera drone, etc. The product packaging must be opened carefully and neatly, and all its parts must be retained. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

For example, there is no right of return for opened software (also applies to software supplied with cameras), plastic packaging (for example, memory cards), or special order products.

Exchanges and returns are free of charge for domestic customers. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the shipping costs according to the most affordable shipping method.

Uncollected cash on delivery orders are automatically cancelled. Failure to collect a paid package does not constitute a return. Failure to collect a package is not a customer return.
