Warranty and support

All new products we sell generally have a 12-month warranty.

The warranty for used devices is 45 days, unless otherwise stated for the product.

Exceptions include the following:

1. Batteries: The warranty period for original batteries is 6 months. The warranty period for Hähnel accessory batteries is 24 months.
2. Canon: We provide a 1+2 additional warranty for Canon cameras and lenses when the buyer is a private individual. The warranty certificate, purchase receipt/certificate must be kept for the entire warranty period. No separate registration is required. For companies and organizations, the warranty is 12 months.
3. Blackmagic Design: 24 months
4. Fujifilm: 24 months
5. Garmin: 24 months
6. Godox: 24 months. Exceptions are batteries, which have a 6-month warranty, and flash heads, which have a 3-month warranty.
7. Lowepro: 240 months (10 years)
8. Manfrotto: 24 months
9. Nikon: We provide a 1+2 additional warranty for Nikon cameras and lenses when the buyer is a private individual. The warranty certificate, purchase receipt/certificate must be kept for the entire warranty period. No separate registration is required. For companies and organizations, the warranty is 12 months.
10. Nissin: 24 months
11. Olympus: 24 months. Any extended warranty must be registered.
12. Panasonic: 24 months
13. Rode: By registering your product you will receive an additional 5 (1+4) or 10 (1+9) year warranty. More detailed instructions, rules and registration form can be found here
14. Samyang: 36 months
15. Sigma: 24 months. By registering the product you get an additional 36 months warranty, making the total warranty period 60 months. The lens must be registered within 2 months of purchase, at www.sigma-imaging.se
16. Sirui: 72 months
17. Sony: Sony +1 year extended warranty: Register your camera or lens within 60 days of purchase at www.sony.fi/exwarranty
18. Tamron: 24 months. You can get a 5-year warranty on lenses by registering your purchase within 2 months of purchase. More detailed instructions, rules and the registration form can be found here
19. DJI: 24 months. Exceptions are batteries, which have a 12-month warranty, and accessories, which have a 6-month warranty.
