Warranty
All new products we sell generally have a 12-month warranty.
The warranty for used devices is 45 days unless otherwise stated for the product.
Exceptions include the following:
- Batteries: The warranty period for original batteries is 6 months. The warranty period for Hähnel accessory batteries is 24 months.
- Canon: We provide a 1+2 additional warranty for Canon cameras and lenses when the buyer is a private individual. The warranty certificate, purchase receipt/certificate must be kept for the entire warranty period. No separate registration is required. For companies and organizations, the warranty is 12 months.
- Blackmagic Design: 24 months
- Fujifilm: 24 months
- Garmin: 24 months
- Godox: 24 months. Exceptions are batteries, which have a 6-month warranty, and flash heads, which have a 3-month warranty.
- Lowepro: 240 months (10 years)
- Manfrotto: 24 months
- Nikon: We provide a 1+2 additional warranty for Nikon cameras and lenses when the buyer is a private individual. The warranty certificate, purchase receipt/certificate must be kept for the entire warranty period. No separate registration is required. For companies and organizations, the warranty is 12 months.
- Nissin: 24 months
- Olympus: 24 months. Any extended warranty must be registered.
- Panasonic: 24 months
- Rode: By registering your product you will receive an additional 5 (1+4) or 10 (1+9) year warranty. More detailed instructions, rules and the registration form can be found here
- Samyang: 36 months
- Sigma: 24 months. By registering the product you get an additional 36 months warranty, making the total warranty period 60 months. The lens must be registered within 2 months of purchase, at www.sigma-imaging.se
- Sirui: 72 months
- Sony: Sony +1 year extended warranty: Register your camera or lens within 60 days of purchase at www.sony.fi/exwarranty
- Tamron: 24 months. You can get a 5-year warranty on lenses by registering your purchase within 2 months of purchase. More detailed instructions, rules and a registration form can be found here
Maintenance
You can always contact us for warranty and maintenance issues, but you can also service the devices yourself at the following locations.
Canon: Canon RSS Servicecenter, Sweden. You can make a service request directly from Canon's website.
Nikon: JAS Tekniikka is an official authorized Nikon service. As an authorized service, JAS Tekniikka handles warranty and non-warranty services. JAS Tekniikka service services
DJI: Warranty issues and maintenance for DJI products are handled directly through the DJI service portal .
Lowepro: Tura Scandinavia is responsible for product warranty matters
Olympus: Product warranty and maintenance issues are handled through the Olympus service portal .
Panasonic: Product warranty and maintenance issues are handled through the Panasonic service portal .
Sigma: Warranty and service issues are handled by Sigma Imaging Nordic
Sirui: Focus Nordic is responsible for warranty matters
Sony: Warranty/maintenance issues are handled through the InfoCare service portal .
Tamron: Focus Nordic is responsible for product warranty matters
Peak Design: Product warranty and service issues are handled directly through Peak Design.
