Tax-free purchases, i.e. purchases without VAT, are possible from us if you are a tourist visiting Finland or a Finn living abroad. Tax-free sales require that the buyer's domicile is outside the EU and Norway and that the buyer does not reside continuously (i.e. for 6 months) in the EU or Norway.

The purchase must be worth at least 40 euros and the goods must be exported unused from the EU within three months of the month of sale.

• Passport must be presented when picking up the product

• The goods are sealed in the packaging at the store and the necessary documents are submitted for customs.

• After the buyer leaves the EU, customs checks and stamps the documents.

• The customs-stamped document must be delivered in person or mailed to the Camera Shop. By mailing, the VAT refund will be credited to the customer's account, or you can also collect the refund in cash on site.
