Samyang's new Prima series 85mm telephoto lens. So, as usual, you'll get bright light and image quality at a reasonable price! The lens works with full-frame and APS-C sensor cameras, in which case the equivalent focal length is approximately 127.5mm.

Weighing just 272 grams, this is one of the lightest 85mm f/1.8 lenses for full-frame Sony E-mount cameras. It's also well-suited for video shooting thanks to the new Linear STM focusing motor and excellent focus breathing control. Autofocus is fast and smooth.

The lens structure consists of nine elements in eight groups. There are nine diaphragm blades, so out-of-focus areas are elegantly soft.

Weather-sealed construction protects against dust, light rain and harsh conditions. Includes USB port for software updates.
