A telephoto zoom lens designed for Panasonic full-frame cameras. This Lumix S series lens is suitable for demanding professional use. The lens has image stabilization, which also works in conjunction with the in-body stabilization. Together, the stabilizers achieve an aperture value of up to 6.5.

The Panasonic 70-200mm F2.8 is also suitable for video use. When designing the structure, the so-called focus breathing phenomenon is minimized, meaning that the focal length of the lens does not change disturbingly with focus.

The lens is protected against dust and splash water to the same level as a professional lens, making it suitable for demanding conditions. The Panasonic 70-200mm f2.8 is also compatible with 1.4x and 2x teleconverters .
