The Skymemo T is equipped with five general tracking modes. In addition to the 'sidereal' shooting mode, these other modes prove particularly useful during solar and lunar eclipses.
Suitable for starscape photography. Skymemo T is equipped with a 0.5x speed tracking mode, which is particularly suitable for starscape photography when you want to include both the horizon landscape and the starry sky above it in the same image. This tracking mode allows for a steady and slow tracking speed that prevents terrain shifting.
Built-in interval timer function. By connecting Skymemo T and a DSLR camera with a shutter cable (not included), you can shoot at regular intervals and thus perform interval timer shooting while tracking.
Time-lapse photography. Skymemo T is also equipped with a time-lapse mode for time-lapse photography.
Includes a telescope with an hour axis. The most important thing in equatorial setups is to take the hour axis settings into account. The Skymemo T comes with an attachable hour axis telescope, which allows the equatorial telescope to be precisely aligned with the hour axis. In addition, the brightfield illumination feature supports hour axis alignment.
The Kenko Skymemo T is powered by four AA alkaline batteries (not included). It can be used continuously for approximately 24 hours.
