The MS18 rail is 180mm long overall, but the measurement used for movement is 170mm. By turning the thumbscrew at the end of the rail, the carriage on the rail moves precisely - turning it a full turn moves the carriage 1.25mm. The carriage has a button that can be held down to move the carriage more quickly.

The rail is Arca-standard, which means you can attach the rail directly to an Arca Swiss stable camera head. With the included feet, you can also use the rail as is, for example on a table. There is an Arca-Swiss dovetail on the bottom, which allows you to use macro rails on top of each other, so you can easily move the camera in two directions.

The sled has a 360-degree rotating head with locks every 90 degrees.
