Canon RF-S 7.5mm F4 STM Dual

Canon RF-S 7.5mm F4 STM Dual lens

The Canon RF-S 7.5mm F4 Dual lens can be used to shoot stereoscopic VR material and the price range is completely new, meaning that this offers even novice content creators the opportunity to make videos for Apple Vision Pro or, for example, Meta Quest virtual reality headsets.

The angle of view is 60 degrees, which corresponds to the human field of view. This is best for shooting close-up objects, where the 3D effect is strongest, so for shooting landscapes, for example, the RF-S 3.9MM Dual Fisheye is better suited.

This lens provides photographers with attention-grabbing and realistic footage for cooking, hand-crafted activities, and products of suitable size.

The lens is compatible with APS-C sensor size cameras and currently works well with the EOS R7 camera.

Since the lens produces two images on the camera sensor at the same time, post-processing is very easy because the video files are always in sync with each other. Canon has released two free tools for video file pre-processing: the EOS VR utility program and the EOS VR plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro software.

You can now easily get attention-grabbing and realistic material.
