Wimberley AP-640 Lens Foot for Sony FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS

Wimberley AP-640 Lens Foot for Sony FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS

The Wimberley AP-640 is a specially designed low-profile replacement tripod foot that replaces the original lens foot directly on the tripod socket. This foot is specifically designed to improve the controllability and balance of the lens, making it the perfect companion for your Sony equipment.

The foot itself acts as an Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release plate, eliminating the need for separate and cumbersome additional plates. The lower profile lowers the lens' center of gravity, making balancing and moving much smoother with both gimbals and traditional ball heads. The lower design also makes it easier to pack the lens into a camera bag.

• Integrated Arca-Swiss profile: Slides directly onto compatible quick-release fasteners for stability and speed.
• Lower center of gravity: Significantly improves the balance and handling of the lens during shooting.
• Safe and stable: Equipped with double safety stops that prevent the equipment from accidentally coming loose from the mount.
• Versatile threaded connections: Includes female threads for attachment to other tripod heads or monopods without quick release.
• Durable Finish: Made from precision machined aluminum with a durable black anodized finish.
• Flash Bracket Compatible: Designed to work seamlessly with Wimberley flash bracket systems.
