A foot designed for the Sony FE 600 f/4 GM OSS lens with Arca-Swiss compatibility. This means that with the Wimberley AP-616 foot you can attach the Sony FE 600 f/4 GM OSS lens directly to any Arca-compatible tripod head. So there is no need for a separate quick release plate.

The AP616 aluminum foot has a lower profile than the original foot that comes with Sony lenses. The lower profile allows for a lower center of gravity and better balance.

In addition to Arca-Swiss compatibility, the foot has 1/4" and 3/8" female threads, so you can also attach this to tripods that do not have an Arca-Swiss base.
