The 115mm objective module is equipped with a nearly 5cm wide "pleated" focusing ring. The rear two-eye BTX eyepiece module has a zoom ring that is approximately 2.5cm wide. When these two Swarovski modules are connected to each other with a camera-like bayonet mount, a high-quality telescope is formed.

When the modules are locked together, the focus ring is located right next to the zoom ring, allowing you to zoom in and out quickly and easily with one hand. The focus ring has less resistance than the zoom ring, so you know which ring you are turning without looking. The sensitive but precise focus ring requires about 1.2 turns to focus from 10 meters to 1 kilometer, and about 2 turns from 10 meters to the closest focusing distance of 4.8 meters.
