The Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 is an aluminum 055 series tripod. The aluminum tripod is a three-piece, two-lock tripod with a load capacity of 9 kg, but weighs only 2.5 kg. The center tube of the tripod can be folded 90 degrees transversely, which allows shooting from low heights.

The Quick Power Lock system makes it easy and quick to lock the legs in the desired position. The legs can be folded in stages to different degrees of angle and with the transverse center tube the stand can be made very low, up to 9cm high. It also has a vertical-horizontal pillar mechanism hidden in the top of the stand, which saves space.

The tripod has an Easy Link accessory thread to which various accessories can be attached, such as an LED panel with a folding arm for macro photography.
