The PolarPro Helix ND1000 is a highly effective ND filter that offers 10 stops of light reduction, allowing for extreme exposure control in even the brightest shooting conditions. The filter is ideal for long exposure photography and videography, allowing you to soften water, clouds and motion in direct sunlight without overexposing the image.

The filter utilizes PolarPro's Helix MagLock™ system , which combines a strong magnet and a quarter-turn locking mechanism. The mechanism makes attaching and changing the filter significantly faster and more secure than screwing in traditional threaded filters. The high-quality optical glass ensures perfect color accuracy without chromatic aberration.

Please note: Helix filters do not have a traditional thread. To use the filter, you need a Helix Base Plate, which is sold separately.
