The PolarPro Helix ND8 is a 3-stop ND filter that allows for precise exposure control in moderately bright shooting conditions. The filter helps to increase shutter speed to achieve natural motion blur and keep the aperture wide to control depth of field without overexposing the image.

The filter utilizes PolarPro's Helix MagLock™ system , which combines a strong magnet and a quarter-turn locking mechanism. The mechanism makes attaching and changing the filter significantly faster and more secure than screwing in traditional threaded filters. The high-quality optical glass ensures perfect color accuracy without chromatic aberration.

Please note: Helix filters do not have a traditional thread. To use the filter, you need a Helix Base Plate, which is sold separately.
