NISI Macro Focusing Rail NM-180S macrobox

NISI Macro Focusing Rail NM-180S focusing rail for macro photography

The MF180S rail is 180mm long overall, but the measurement used for movement is 160mm. By turning the thumbscrew at the end of the rail, the carriage on the rail moves precisely - turning it a full turn moves the carriage 1.25mm.

The rail is Acra standard, which means you can attach the rail directly to an Arca Swiss stable camera head. With the included feet, you can also use the rail as is, for example on a table. There is also a 3/8" and 1/4" thread on the bottom, which allows you to connect the rail to a tripod where there is no camera head.

The sled has a 360-degree rotating head.
