An advanced apochromatic optical system with ED glass reduces chromatic aberrations for an exceptionally clear field of view. A plane-corrected lens system ensures consistent sharpness right to the edges. The telescope is sealed and filled with nitrogen gas, making it waterproof, dustproof and fog-free.

The Nikon MEP-30-60 is a 2x zoom eyepiece with a wide field of view. Very high optical efficiency, with a sharp and clear view. With the Monarch 82 telescope, the magnification is 30-60x. Thanks to the long eye relief, the eyepiece is also suitable for use with glasses.
