The Trinovid HD is the latest version of Leica's classic series. Before the launch of the Noctivid series, these were the manufacturer's best series and now offer a very good option in the mid-price category. This 10x42 is suitable for bird watching and also works well in special conditions such as low light.

The image quality is very good in all areas. The colors are reproduced naturally, the image is bright and sharp.

The mechanical quality is top-notch, as is typical of Leica. The metal frame is sturdy and the rubber coating makes it easy to grip.
