Kodak Ektar is a very saturated and high-contrast color negative film. If you overexpose this film, it becomes even more saturated and even more contrasty. This is almost like slide film with color negative development. A small reservation also for portrait photographers, skin tones easily get a slight redness with this film.
For basic photography or when skin tones are important, you should choose the easier-to-expose Portra films. But this film is great if the aforementioned color saturation and high contrast suit your personal expression.
The sales package advertises that this is the world's smallest grain film. It scans well.
