The Vanguard VEO Range Tactical is the latest addition to the line of backpacks with Molle accessory loops, following the likes of the Lowepro ProTactic and the Tenba Axis .

The Vanguard VEO Range Tactical T45M is the middle backpack in the backpack series. The backpacks are also available in three different sizes:

• VEO RANGE T37M is designed for mirrorless (or small mirrorless) cameras and 4-5 lenses, and a 9.7" tablet computer
• This VEO RANGE T45M is designed for a larger camera and 4-5 lenses (up to 200mm f/2.8), as well as a 13-inch laptop
• The VEO RANGE T48 is designed for the professional photographer with a battery grip. The backpack can hold up to 9 lenses (up to 400mm f/2.8) and a 15-inch laptop.

Backpack interior

The inside of the Vanguard VEO Range series backpack, or camera compartment, can be accessed from three different directions - from the top of the backpack, from the right side door, and from the back, from where you can quickly and easily manage the entire contents of the bag.

The camera compartment is divided by padded dividers. By changing the position of these, you can customize the interior of the backpack to suit your equipment. The backpack has its own pocket on the inside of the back panel for a 13-inch laptop.

The Vanguard backpack has a zippered pocket on the front that runs the width of the backpack, where you can carry notepads, filters, a phone, etc.

There is also a small pocket for accessories inside the flap of the zippered opening at the top. The transparency of the pocket helps you easily and quickly see what is inside.

MOLLE slots and expandable with additional parts

Like the Lowepro Protactic and Tenba Axis backpacks, the front of the Vanguard VEO Range backpack is almost completely MOLLE-looped, meaning the backpack can be expanded with additional pockets and parts as needed. Additional pockets and pouches suitable for hiking can be found in both Tenba and LowePro's selections. The Vanguard VEO Range T backpack comes with a tripod mount that can be attached to the Molle loop, as well as a pouch with a water bottle.
