Tinden is one of Vallerret's warmest options for winter shoots.

Vallerret manufactures gloves designed for winter and cold conditions. The Vallerret Tinde collection is a warm glove for cold shooting situations, for example for stargazing and northern lights photographers. The gloves are also perfect for other winter activities, whether it's hiking, downhill skiing or snow work in the yard. The manufacturer does not directly state the frost limits for the gloves, but based on user experiences online, the gloves can handle temperatures as low as -20 degrees . Please note that everyone feels cold differently.

Vallerret Tinden gloves keep your fingers warm. Tinden is larger than Markhof Pro and Womens Nordic gloves, but despite this, Tinden is a relatively tight-fitting glove. There is a small flap at the end of the index finger and thumb of the gloves, where you can expose your fingers, which makes it easier to handle the camera with precision. The fabric of the gloves is slightly thinner at the wrist, which allows the glove to be tucked into the sleeve of a jacket and thus better protects your wrist from the wind. The glove also has a small pocket, which you can use for storing a memory card, for example. If necessary, the pocket can also accommodate a small hand warmer to bring extra warmth to your photos.

Material: The Vallerret Tinde glove is made of genuine goatskin leather and water-resistant polyester twill. This combination creates a durable and waterproof shell that also keeps out wind and drafts. The back of the glove has a 260/m2 Primaloft Gold insulation layer and the palm has 170g/m2 Primaloft Gold insulation, which provides comfortable warmth. The inside of the mittens is 100% merino wool, which brings comfort. Another good thing about merino wool is that merino wool warms even when wet and is naturally antibacterial.
