Now it's wide! The Sigma 17mm F2 DG DN is the widest angle lens in the I Series. The focal length is a rare F4 for a fixed lens by today's standards, but this makes for a very attractively sized lens. Pair this with a Panasonic S or Sigma fp mirrorless body and go hunting for vast landscapes in the wild.

The Sigma 17mm F4 is suitable for full-frame cameras but also works well as a wide-angle lens, for example with an S35 crop setting, in which case the equivalent focal length is approximately 25.5mm.

The Sigma 50mm F2 DG DN is part of the I Series lenses, which Sigma calls a series of compact premium lenses. In addition to image quality, it also features an aperture control ring, magnetic lens cover, and a metal construction with a brass bayonet mount. The lens is also made in Japan!

The AF/MF selector switch is also located directly on the lens. The construction is metal, the lens hood is metal and works in conjunction with the included magnetic lens cap . A traditional plastic lens cap is also included.
