Nikon ES-2 adapter for digitizing slides

The ES-2 Film Digitizing Adapter allows you to convert color and monochrome images into high-quality digital files without a scanner.

The Nikon ES-2 can be attached to any Nikon body, but it works best with the Nikon D850 body, which automatically converts negatives to positives.

With an adapter, a NIKKOR lens (we recommend a Micro NIKKOR lens) and the camera's digitizing menu, negatives are displayed in the live view of the photo. The camera automatically inverts the colors and converts the film to JPEG format. Digital images can be confirmed on the camera's screen or on a TV monitor via an HDMI cable (not included).

If you still shoot with old-fashioned film rolls or negatives, the ES-2 is a convenient way to create digital files for printing and sharing. The resolution and tonal range of JPEG images are suitable for enlargement up to A1 size.
