With the help of a diffusion filter, you can escape the clinical and sharpness, as the purpose of the filter is to create a dreamy and almost cinematic effect in both photography and videography.

The CineBloom filter is also known as Black Mist, Pro Mist, and Black Diffusion Mist.

The filter is available in densities of 5% (1/4) , 10% (1/2) and 20% (1)

• 5% (1/4) Diffusion provides a subtle, yet visible effect. Softening/diffusion of bright highlights when shooting directly into the light.
• 10% (1/2) Diffusion is the medium strength of CineBloom and is suitable for everyday shooting. Provides a soft film-like shutter. Evens out contrast and softens and dims light. In addition, the filter diffuses direct sunlight.
• 20% (1) The strongest of the Diffusion filters, creating a more stylized, dreamy, and filmy feel. The strength softens skin imperfections and wrinkles. Products capture a warmer tone.

Use a diffusion filter

The 10% (1/2) density diffusion filter is suitable for everyday photography. Contrast is smoothed and highlights are softened, giving the image a cinematic feel. Especially when shooting against backlight, it gives the soft feel of a vintage lens, but retains an undistorted image and some of the sharpness.

The filter is made of premium quality Japanese optical glass. The glass is uncoated, which results in maximum diffusion filter effect.

The filter frame is notched to make it easier to remove the filter.
