The Manfrotto 400AH is the smallest and lightest fluid-damped Manfrotto video head. The damping is not implemented with friction elements, but the MVH400AH is a so-called true fluid head (Hydraulic Fluid Head). The Manfrotto Befree Live Fluid Head video head has a sliding quick-release plate, which makes it easy to balance the camera.

The Manfrotto 400AH liquid-damped video head is very smooth and precise in movement. Thanks to its small size, the video head does not increase the size of the tripod or add unnecessary weight. The handle can be removed if necessary, making the head take up even less space. The Manfrotto Befree Live video head weighs only 380g, yet it can withstand a load of up to 4 kg. The camera is attached to the head with a Manfrotto 501PL quick release plate, which can be permanently attached to the camera.
