The Manfrotto 500AH is a sturdy, liquid-damped Manfrotto video head for demanding use. The recommended maximum load capacity is 8kg, meaning the head can withstand even when additional components are built around a large camera.

This video head has a so-called “flat base”, meaning it can be attached to most camera tripods intended for photography, meaning you don't need a bowl-shaped video tripod.
