The Manfrotto 290 Xtra is a sturdy carbon fiber tripod that reaches a height of 165.5cm. The Manfrotto 290 Xtra is almost like the Manfrotto 190 series tripod, but this one is slightly taller and the center tube cannot be adjusted horizontally like the 190 series. The legs are three-piece and lock with two quick-release fasteners. The angle of the legs can be locked in four positions (25°, 46°, 66° and 88°). The height of the center rod is adjustable.
