The Manfrotto 1051BAC Mini Compact Light Stand is a sturdy aluminum 4-piece light stand for handheld or studio flash units. The stand tubes are equipped with air damping. The air brake is a safety feature that prevents the leg from collapsing all at once. This feature allows the leg to slowly lower when you unlock it or if it is accidentally unlocked.

Mounting: Fixed 5/8" (16mm) mount and 1/4" male thread. Also included is a Manfrotto 015 adapter to convert the thread to a larger 3/8" male thread

When folded, it can be conveniently stacked with other 1051 BAC stands.
