This studio stand is equipped with air suspension . The air brake is a safety feature that prevents the leg from collapsing all at once. This feature allows the leg to slowly lower when you unlock it or if it is accidentally unlocked.

The Manfrotto 1004BAC Master is a sturdy aluminum light stand with a load capacity of 9 kilos , so it is suitable for heavier lights. The telescopic parts of the 3-part stand are damped. This means that if the lock becomes loose or if the lock is accidentally released, the flash will descend calmly.

Mounting: The tripod has a fixed spigot at the end, which has a 3/8" male thread. Includes Manfrotto 015 Adapter, which converts the 3/8" thread to a 1/4" male thread.

The stand can be bundled together with similar ones to minimize transport space.
