Using cool AI features, Neo can track and film your subject. You can film yourself cycling, hiking or doing other activities, for example, and the drone will keep you in the center of the image. There are also six different shooting modes that give your videos a new look and angle.

There are several ways to control the Neo, even without a separate controller. You can connect the drone to the DJI RC-N3 controller or the RC2 controller with a display, or use your smartphone as a controller using the DJI Fly app. The drone can also be controlled by voice via the app. The phone must be connected to the drone via Wifi and the range is then limited to a maximum of 500 meters. The Neo 2 is compatible with DJI Goggles 3 and the lighter Goggles N3 FPV glasses and the FPV Remote Controller 3 or RC Motion 3 controller, so you can feel like you are flying it.

Compared to the Neo1, the Neo 2 drone has added obstacle detection sensors. Omnidirectional sensors and forward-facing LiDar provide safety for flying both outdoors and indoors.

The drone has 49GB of internal memory. The Neo 2 does not have a memory card slot for a separate memory card. However, with the DJI Fly app, you can quickly transfer the footage off the drone and continue filming again.
