DJI Care Refresh provides you with additional protection when flying with your DJI Neo quadcopter. Normal drone insurance covers manufacturing defects, but Refresh Care covers damage outside of the normal warranty, such as falling into water, colliding with a tree or wall, and even flying away due to technical problems for a reasonable one-time fee, a total of 2 times during the year.
ATTENTION
1. Care Refresh insurance must be activated within 48 hours of drone commissioning and before the first flight at https://service.dji.com/care/active
2. If you have already flown the drone or it has been more than 48 hours, you must provide DJI with video proof of the condition of the device. Once this is approved, insurance can be purchased and activated for the device. For more information, please visit this link.
3. After one year, it is not possible to continue Care Refresh insurance
