A fast lens with a classic 50mm focal length. The lens is best suited for landscape and travel photography, as well as portrait and reportage photography.
The circular aperture softens out-of-focus areas beautifully and evenly, making foreground subjects stand out well against the softened background.
Thanks to the ultrasonic motor, autofocus works very quickly and almost silently. Excellent holding force ensures that focus is achieved accurately and without over-vibration. Focus can also be adjusted manually at any time without leaving autofocus mode.
