This allows you to safely shoot your projects outdoors without having to worry about weather conditions, dust, or splashes.
The housing holds 16 AA batteries, which greatly increases the camera's operating time. For example, the TLC200 Pro camera has an operating time of about 11 days at 5s intervals with the camera's own batteries. The 16 batteries in the ATH2000 housing increase the operating time by about 70 days, so in total, the TLC200Pro can shoot for about 81 days with this housing.
