The Benro MAD38C Adventure Monopod is a sturdy monopod made of 8-layer carbon fiber, which is a great companion for a DSLR camera and a telephoto lens. The four-part monopod is 158.5cm long when fully extended, and only 52.5cm when folded for transport.

The rotating foot part of the leg allows you to easily aim the camera when shooting video, for example, and the soft rubber grip makes the monopod comfortable to hold in your hand, even in cold weather.

The camera attaches to the tripod with a standard 1/4-inch camera screw.

Benro monopods come with a transport/storage bag.
