Features and specifications
Camera Control and Touch to Focus: Use the handy on-screen sliders to adjust white balance, aperture, shutter speed/angle, and ISO. A red recording frame clearly indicates when the camera is recording. Control works via USB-C with most Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, and Sony mirrorless cameras, and via LANC cable with the Z CAM E2 series. Touch the screen to control the camera's autofocus and focus tracking.
Professional monitoring tools: The monitor offers a wide range of tools for focusing, cropping and exposure. These include Focus Peaking, zoom (4:1, 2:1, 1:1), Zebra, EL Zone™ and ARRI False Color exposure zones, image cropping controls, SMPTE safety zones, Waveform, RGB Parade and Vectorscope. In addition, the device supports anamorphic image decompression (2x, 1.8x, 1.79x, 1.65x, 1.6x, 1.5x, 1.33x, 1.25x).
EL Zone™ Exposure System: EL Zone is a False Color tool that enables precise exposure, indicating image brightness differences in precise exposure steps (stops) instead of using coarse IRE values.
Calibration and Connections: The display can be calibrated for accuracy using the Calibrite Display Pro HL / Plus HL sensor and Atomos Calibrator app. The monitor has a locking cable system for HDMI and USB-C cables, which prevents the connectors from coming loose during filming.
