The Atomos Shinobi GO includes many of the same features as the Shinobi II, but is more suited to users who don't need the most advanced features. If features like camera control directly from the monitor, touch-to-focus and EL ZONE are not necessary, this is a more affordable alternative to the Shinobi II monitor.
The monitor supports 4K 30fps and 1080p 60fps video via HDMI, but does not support DCI resolution like the Shinobi II. The familiar five-inch IPS LCD screen with 1500 cd/m2 maximum brightness. The operating system is the latest AtomOS 11 version, which makes the monitor fast and offers new Atomos features.
Includes a locking HDMI/USB-D adapter, which, together with the new Atomos locking cables, prevents the connection from being accidentally disconnected.
The Shinobi GO can be powered by Sony NP-F batteries or a USB-C PD charger. The USB-C port can also be used to power the camera via a monitor.
