The Viltrox AF 35mm includes comprehensive controls: two programmable buttons, an aperture ring (with or without clicks).

The lens has a handy info display that shows, for example, the aperture value, estimated depth of field, and focus distance with centimeter accuracy. The settings on the info display can be adjusted using the Viltrox smart device software directly via Bluetooth!

You can adjust the function of one programmable button through the Sony camera app, but the other is adjusted through the phone software, which means that with a little extra effort, the number of buttons has been reduced to two.

Autofocus is very fast , especially considering the F1.2 aperture. The Viltrox AF 35mm features the manufacturer's new Hyper VCM focusing motor, which is a modern and agile linear motor.

The focus works when taking photos and recording videos. And the speed is really good. The lens has some focus breathing when recording videos.
