The Sony ZV-1 records UHD 4K videos at 30P. By default, 4K video recording is limited to five minutes, but this limit can be changed to half an hour in the settings. The camera's 4K video is recorded using the entire pixel count of the sensor, which is used to create a 4K video file. This results in sharper images with less noise and softness than 4K video recorded without taking the sensor's pixels into account. The Sony VZ-1 also supports the Hybrid Log Gamma video format, allowing compatible displays to display HDR videos correctly without post-processing.
