The Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS covers a really handy focal length range, from 18 millimeters to a whopping 135 millimeters. This is comparable to a 27-202.5mm focal length lens in terms of film-sized sensors. To make using the long telephoto end easier, Optical SteadyShot has been introduced, which reduces image shake so that your images are sharp when shooting handheld.

Sharp images are also made easier by the linear autofocus motor, which makes focusing fast and accurate. In addition, it is very quiet, which is a plus in video operations. The lens design is top quality and uses extra-low dispersion elements and aspherical elements to correct all kinds of image-degrading interference throughout the zoom range.
