SmallRig 3559 Multifunctional Universal Metal Smartphone Holder
SmallRig 3559 phone mount, which allows you to attach your phone to any accessory / hot shoe. The base also has a 1/4" thread for attaching to a tripod or stabilizer, for example. Thanks to the tilt adjustment, you can set the phone at the desired angle and rotate the phone between horizontal and vertical shooting.
There is also an accessory shoe on top of the phone stand, where you can attach an LED light or a microphone.
