Sigma TC-2001 2x telephoto extension - Nikon
The dust and splash-proof TC-2001 focal length converter extends the focal length of the lens by a factor of 2x. In other words, for example, a 300mm focal length is converted to 600mm and the light intensity is reduced by two stops (e.g. f/2.8 becomes f5.6).
NOTE! The teleconverter can make it difficult for the camera to autofocus if the light intensity decreases too much.
The teleconverter has two Low Dispersion lens elements, which reduces chromatic aberration.
