The Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary is a fast, splash-proof and dust-proof wide-angle lens designed for mirrorless cameras. The lens is mounted on a Micro Four Thirds (m4/3) mount. There have previously been no alternatives for mirrorless cameras with this focal length and such good speed, so Sigma's 16mm is a long-awaited novelty.

The lens's Super Multi Layer (SML) coating reduces internal reflections and high-quality lens elements produce sharp images. The fast and quiet focus motor is also suitable for video shooting.
