Rode VXLR+ (3.5mm - XLR) Phantom Power adapter
The Rode VXLR+ is a 3.5mm female TRS to XLR adapter that allows you to convert 12-48V Phantom power to 4V plug power. This allows you to utilize the power of the XLR input on a variety of microphones.
Solid mechanical quality and in addition to XLR locking, there is also a locking thread around the 3.5mm plug.
For example, you can use VideoMic GO or VideoMicro directly with phantom power. Also works with many other plug-in microphones that require power.
