The Rode DS2 is a microphone stand with a load capacity of 900g. In addition to microphones, it can also be used with a camera, phone or, for example, a light.

The stand does not have any fasteners like a clamp, but rather is held in place by the weight of the base on the table. The arm has two joints that allow you to adjust the stand to just the right angle.

Cables can be neatly routed through the stand, keeping your desk tidy. The end has a 3/8' mount and the included adapter converts to a 1/4' thread.
