Pulsar Telos XP50 is a new concept thermal camera with upgradeable components. Thanks to this, when more advanced technology is released, there is no need to buy a completely new thermal camera, but rather the old parts can be upgraded to the next level. The 640x480 pixel (17 µm) sensor and 1024x768 HD Amoled display combined with a 50mm f/1 lens enable a viewing distance of approximately 1800m. The device is waterproof and has an IPX7 rating (can withstand immersion to a depth of 1m for 30 minutes).

3-year full warranty

Pulsar thermal imaging scopes purchased through us come with a 3-year full warranty for consumer customers. What this means in practice: the warranty even covers defects and problems caused by user damage!

Eight color palettes

Telos XP50 includes eight color palettes that allow visibility in different conditions. Hot white, hot black and hot red are the most commonly used and make it easier to detect target movement. Rainbow and ultramarine, in turn, emphasize temperature differences between targets and make it easier to identify. Red monochrome, sepia and violet reduce eye fatigue and are best suited for long-term night observation.

Thermal imaging sensor made in Europe

The Lynred 1024x768 thermal imaging sensors used in the Telos XP50 are manufactured in France. The device is also assembled in Europe.

50mm f/1 lens suitable for longer distances

A powerful germanium-coated 50mm f/1 lens combined with a sensitive 1024x768 pixel (12 µm pixel pitch) thermal imaging sensor ensures that a human-sized, 1.8 meter tall target can be distinguished from a distance of 1800 meters in pitch darkness. The Telos XP50 has a 2.5-10x digital zoom.

Laser rangefinder

This model has a built-in laser rangefinder (LRF) that helps you visualize the situation and distance to a target. The meter can determine the distance to a target with an accuracy of ±1 meter from up to a kilometer away. The distance can be measured in single measurement or scanning mode.

8.5 hours of use on a single charge

Telos uses a replaceable LPSS 7i battery. The battery can be replaced in the field and is charged using the included USB-C cable.

The device's operating time on a single battery is a maximum of 8.5 hours.

Upgradeable components

The technology used in thermal imaging cameras is constantly evolving and user preferences change over time. Pulsar Telos is the first thermal imaging camera model on the market that can be upgraded not only in terms of software but also in terms of the physical components of the device. The thermal imaging camera can be upgraded with more powerful optics and a higher resolution camera or display. In addition, a laser rangefinder or additional optical channels, such as a light amplifier, can be added.

Video and photo recording and free 16Gb cloud storage

The Telos XP50 thermal camera lets you record what you see as either a picture or a video. The device has an internal 64Gb memory. The footage can be transferred from the device to a computer via a USB cable. With the Stream Vision 2 mobile app, you can also transfer images and videos to a free 16Gb cloud storage space (registration required). The device also has Wi-Fi connectivity
