The Olympus STF-8 is a dust-, splash- and freeze-resistant Twin Flash. Combined with weather-sealed OM-D models and lenses, flash photography is worry-free, even in the rain or on locations soaked by morning dew.

The STF-8 Twin Flash has a guide number of 8.5 when both flash heads are used, and 6.0 when only one flash head is used. The output of the left and right flash heads (A/B) can be adjusted separately using two controls on the control panel. In addition to TTL Auto synchronization, the flash output can be finely adjusted manually in the range of 1/1 – 1/128.

The flash heads of the flash unit have a tilt range of 60° upwards and 40° downwards, and they move using a ring adapter. The flash heads can also be removed from the ring adapter for different lighting angles and shooting distances.

The adapter ring is compatible   M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 30mm f/3.5 Macro, M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 60mm f/2.8 Macro and M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO lenses.
