Suitable for both landscape and portrait photography. The lens has a high-speed SWM ultrasonic motor, which ensures fast autofocus. Autofocus can be overridden directly by turning the focus ring without having to turn the motor off. The focus ring is large and works precisely. The optical design utilizes one ED glass element and one aspherical lens element. There are 7 aperture rings and the aperture is rounded so that out-of-focus areas are beautifully smooth.

This lens is a compact and affordable alternative to a full-frame camera.

The lens' sales package also includes a protective bag and a lens hood.
