The Manfrotto 357 Plate adapter can be used with all tripods and monopods with a 1/4' or 3/8' tripod screw.

This is the strongest possible mounting adapter available. It can withstand up to 10kg of weight. It can also be used with the longer Manfrotto 357LONG plate.

There are two 1/4 and one 3/8" female threads on the bottom. The same mounting threads can also be found on the side.

The base has a safety catch for the quick-release plate to prevent it from accidentally coming loose. The quick-release plate has a VHS pin that can be removed and 1/4" and 3/8" threads for attaching the camera. The quick-release plate has a 50 mm adjustment range.

Weight approximately 308 grams (good to know if you use this as additional weight and balancing aid with a stabilizer such as the Zhiyun-Tech Crane.)
