The Haida Bluestone Shockproof UV Filter is a durable, high-quality UV filter with excellent value for money.

Bluestone filters are designed for photographers who demand durability and optical quality from their filters. The glass of the aluminum filter is made of German Schott B270 optical glass. In addition to the high-quality glass, Bluestone filters have a high-quality anti-reflective coating. There are a total of 24 nano-coating layers on both sides of the filter, 12 on each side. Multiple protective coatings effectively repel dust, scratches and oil, keeping your lens clean even in the most challenging shooting conditions.

The Bluestone series filters are designed for use with a grippy edge that makes it easier to attach and remove the filter. As with all aluminum filters, we recommend using caution when attaching and tightening the filter to prevent the filter from getting caught in the lens threads.

The filter's stated light transmission is 99.4%.
